Furnished completely with second-hand finds from the area, as most of The Duke’s rooms are, Farmer has all the charm and character of a Karoo farmhouse including a large roll top bath, a wood-burning stove to warm you in winter, and a wide shared verandah.

The two single beds can easily be converted to create a king on request. Farmer forms part of ‘The Quarters’, four private rooms tucked together at the bottom of The Duke’s garden, the perfect getaway for a group of friends or colleagues.
